The vineyards > the
vintage
Vintage, which takes place
in different moments of the autumn following
the optimal maturation of grapes, is always
carried out by hand; the grapes are vinificated
as soon as they are collected. The fermentation
of wine takes place in steel and cement or
in wood, in 55 hl Slavonia oak casks or in
barriques, following the wine typology the
oenologye wants to obtain.
During each processing phase
the most modern technologies are used, always
accompanied with the rational systems, tested
over time: nothing is left either to hazard
or to empiricism.
The wines are obtained from
Biological Agriculture, controlled and certified.
No pesticides, or chemical additives are used.
